Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the selection of a supplier of consumables for copying and duplicating equipment and the provision of maintenance services for such equipment at JSC "Nurbank", and invites potential suppliers to participate. The tender will be held on July 13, 2018, on the "ETS Tender" platform (www.ets-tender.kz).
Tender type: downward auction.
Tender start: July 13, 2018, at 9:00 am.
Tender end: July 19, 2018, at 4:00 pm.
The names of the goods/services to be purchased are listed in Appendix No. 1.
Potential suppliers meeting the criteria listed in Appendix No. 2 are eligible for the tender.
To participate in the tender, the supplier must attach the following documents to the application electronically:
Legal Documents
1) foundation documents, certificates of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
2) licenses for conducting specific activities licensed by the state (if the activity related to the purchased goods/works/services requires licensing);
Financial Documents
1) original bank certificate confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified with the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a stamp, if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place confirming no tax debts;
4) corporate income tax declaration for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In the presence of losses in fiscal accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the offered goods/services (for purchases of goods/works/services subsequently subject to international business transactions).
Other Documents
1) recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
2) other documentation the Supplier deems necessary to attach to this tender.
In the case of a Contract conclusion, the following documents must be presented to the Bank:
The Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and neither the Bank nor the tender commission is responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender's conduct and outcome.
JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by posting a notification of cancellation or postponement with a new date on the "ETC Tender" platform.
