JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of office supplies for the Head Office and branches.

Based on the results of the tender, a framework agreement for 12 months will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions.

The attachment to this announcement contains files with a list of requirements and a list of required office supplies. Product samples may be requested during the tender to assess quality.

• Lot №1. Procurement of office supplies;

Tender Type: open

Start of bidding: 07.03.2018 at 15:00, at the address: 10B Abay Avenue, Almaty.

End of bidding: 17:30.

Collection of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 06.03.2018 at the address: 10B Abay Ave; office supplies room 204.

Main Requirements for Suppliers:

• Deliveries of office supplies are carried out according to a pre-agreed schedule;
• Payment: 50% prepayment, 50% post-delivery;
• Supplier deliveries to 16 regions of the Bank (Atyrau, Astana, Aktau, Aktobe, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Uralsk, Almaty) and the Head Office;
• Free delivery across regions of Kazakhstan;
• Account setup with JSC "Nurbank";
• Availability of required quantity of goods from the Supplier;
• The potential supplier must have been in the market for at least 5 years;
• Status - legal entity;
• Registration and Head Office of the potential supplier - Almaty city;

• The Potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and tender committee are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender and its results.

We note that JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, indicating the new date of the tender. The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.
