AO "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a service provider for providing technical support services for IBM equipment and system software, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender which will be held on November 03, 2016 at 14:30 at the AO "Nurbank" premises, located at: 10B Abay Ave.

Bidding Deadline: 02-11-2016 at 12:00, Address: 10B Abay Ave, Office;

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined are eligible for the tender:

• Lot № 1 in Appendix № 4 Selection Criteria.

The technical specification is provided:

• Lot № 1 in Appendix № 1 — Technical Assignment for IBM p750 and IBM Storwize v7000 Equipment

Tender Application Evaluation Criteria:

• Conformity of the potential service provider to the aforementioned criteria (Appendix № 4);
• Compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications and assignment;
• Possession of the right to provide technical support services for IBM equipment;
• Provision of a signed license agreement/contract between the equipment and software owner "IBM" and the supplier;
• Commercial price for the services during the period. Payment is made quarterly as 25% of the total amount after signing the service delivery acceptance certificate for past months
• Experience of the potential provider in delivering similar services;
• Number of certified specialists available.
• Time the potential supplier has been in the market is not less than 2 years

List of Required Tender Documentation for Participation:

Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed format, according to Appendix № 2;
2) Notarized copies of the constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting any activities subject to state licensing as required (if activities of goods/services being procured are subject to licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;

Package 2: Financial Documentation

1) Completed questionnaires for the legal entity according to the Rules of Internal Control for combating money laundering and terrorism financing in AO "Nurbank";
2) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts with the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if applicable;
4) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of supplier registration regarding the absence of tax arrears;
5) Copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously collaborating with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of collaboration experience including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, etc. (if available);
6) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
7) Pricing proposals in terms of standard support and provision of additional technical consulting services;
8) Availability of information on applicant's registration in the ETP (if applicable);
9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In the case of losses in tax accounting for the past two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the goods/services offered (for procuring goods/services which subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction).

Package 3: Other Documentation

• Authorization letter from the manufacturer of IBM equipment and system software to provide IBM equipment technical support services;
• The potential supplier must provide a guarantor letter stating that services will be provided in collaboration with IBM;
• Information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates) for IBM equipment;

It should be noted that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other persons not officially involved in consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications. AO "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications of the tender cancellation or postponement with indication of the new date.

The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized person of the potential service provider or without, if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
