Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the supply of cash equipment for the branches of JSC "Nurbank" and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on October 20, 2016 at 14:30 at the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank" located at: Almaty, Abai Ave. 10“V”, "Gallery" room.

Total: 67 (sixty-seven) units:
1. Lot 1 — vacuum packer, quantity - 2 units;
2. Lot 2 — two-pocket banknote sorter, quantity - 33 units;
3. Lot 3 — four-pocket banknote sorter, quantity - 7 units;
4. Lot 4 — universal viewing detector, quantity - 25 units.

Tender commencement: October 20, 2016, 14:30, at: Abai Ave. 10“V”, "Gallery" room;

Proposal submission deadline: October 18, 2016, 12:00, at: Abai Ave. 10“V”, office 204.

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria outlined in the "Appendix No.4_Selection Criteria" file are eligible to participate in the tender.

To participate in the tender, it is necessary to provide the following document packages:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for tender participation in the established form, according to Appendix No.3 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the procurement goods/works/services require licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized person — representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender.

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) price offers;
2) completed legal entity questionnaires according to the Internal Control Rules for counteracting the legalization (laundering) of income obtained illegally and financing of terrorism in JSC “Nurbank”;
3) original bank statement confirming the banking details of the applicant, and absence of overdue debt to the bank;
4) copies of financial statements for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
5) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of the supplier’s registration about the absence of tax arrears;
6) copies of recommendations and references from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and others (if available);
7) information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) information on registration on the ETP (if available);
9) copies of corporate income tax declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed price of the goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction).

Package 3: Other documentation

1) technical specifications, delivery conditions of the Equipment, timelines, list, procedure, and terms for providing services (if any);
2) presence of an authorization letter from Equipment manufacturers with supporting documents for the right to sell equipment and provide technical support services;
3) information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates);
4) commitment to supply Equipment at once and in full volume to the Customer's address;
5) other documents, at the discretion of the potential supplier.

The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and do not have obligations for these costs regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender.

We would like to note that the Tender Commission of JSC "Nurbank" is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially participating in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notice to the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, notifying them of the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling with a new date for holding.

The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without such, if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
