JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a service provider to extend standard technical support for Oracle software and to purchase a license for the Oracle Database Enterprise Edition product:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on April 30, 2015 at 14:30 hours at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at Abay Ave. 10V, room "Gallery".

Start of the tender: 30-04-2015 14:30 hours, at the address: Abay Ave. 10V, room "Gallery";
Submission of proposals until: 29-04-2015 17:00 hours, at the address: Abay Ave. 10V, office;

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix №2 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate on VAT registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) to conduct any state-licensed activities (if the activity for the procured goods/works/services requires licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized person — representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) price proposals;
2) completed questionnaires of the legal entity according to the Internal Control Rules aimed at combating money laundering and terrorism financing in JSC "Nurbank";
3) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank requisites of the applicant, absence of overdue debt of the applicant to the bank;
4) copies of financial statements for one year, sealed by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
5) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location about the absence of tax debts;
6) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and more (if available);
7) information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) information on the registration of the applicant on the ETSS (if available);
9) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax records for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed price of the goods/services (for the purchase of goods/works/services that later become the subject of an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) list, order, and deadlines for services for Lot №1; technical specifications, delivery conditions, deadlines for Lot №2.
2) the potential supplier must provide a letter about the absence of Partner's debts to Oracle for Lot №1 and Lot №2.
3) for potential suppliers, the presence of an authorization document from the producer companies:
4) information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates) for Oracle products for Lot №1;
5) documents confirming the duration of the potential supplier's operation in the market for providing similar services for at least 5 years for Lot №1 and 2 years for Lot №2
6) delivery must be carried out in full and at once at the address of the Customer for Lot №2.
The potential Supplier bears all expenses associated with preparing and submitting their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear responsibility or obligations regarding these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender's conduction and results.
On our part, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission is entitled not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in reviewing, evaluating, and comparing the tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date of the event.
The potential supplier has the right to alter or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without one if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
