JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of licensed Oracle Database Enterprise Edition software, in the amount of 2 units, as well as technical support for the specified software, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on October 29, 2013 at 9:30 am in the building of JSC "Nurbank," at the address: Abai-Khan Ave. 51-53, 5th floor, 500 conference room.

Tender Type: open:

Start of bidding: 29-10-2013 09:30 am, at the address: Abai-Khan Ave. 51–53, 5th floor, large conference hall;

End of bidding: 29-10-2013 12:00 pm;

Submission of proposals until: 28-10-2013 12:00 pm, at the address: Abai-Khan Ave. 51–53;

Legal entities are allowed to participate in the tender, provided they meet the following requirements by the time of the tender: 

1. Possess professional competence and work experience, have the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the service contract;

2. Have no claims from JSC "Nurbank" on previously concluded agreements; 

3. Be solvent, not subject to liquidation, have no property under arrest, have no suspended financial and economic activities as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4. Meet obligations to pay taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget at the time of application submission for the tender and at the time of concluding the service contract;

5. Have the right to sell Oracle Database EE software licenses, partner status not lower than "Gold", (authorization letter from the local representative issued no earlier than January 1, 2013);

Supplier selection criteria.

1. Attractive price offer (2 Oracle Database Enterprise Edition licenses, with first-year Oracle standard technical support), including VAT, in tenge.

2. Optimal payment conditions.

3. Presence of authorized letters from Oracle Corporation not lower than "Gold" status.

 

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted:

1. Application for participation according to the established form, as per Appendix 2 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;

2. Notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity or registration certificate of an individual entrepreneur;

3. Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting licensed activities by the state (if the procurement of goods/services is subject to licensing);

4. Original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details, lack of overdue debt to the bank, and no restrictions on the disposal of funds;

5. Copies of financial statements for legal entities, sealed by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;

6. Original tax committee statement at the applicant's registration location about the absence of tax debt;

7. Copies of recommendations and reviews of legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and others (if available);

8. Presence of information about applicant's registration on the ETP (if available);

9. Information on the availability of material and technical base (if necessary);

10. Notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the applicant;

11. Power of attorney from the applicant to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;

12. Price offers;

13. Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for the procurement of goods/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business operation);

14. Completed questionnaires for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and individuals as per the Internal Control Rules for counteracting the legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained unlawfully, and financing terrorism in JSC "Nurbank";

15. Authorization letter from the software manufacturer Oracle for the sale of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition software license, partner status not lower than "Gold";
