Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of peripheral and computer equipment and office technology for the needs of the Bank, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender for the supply of equipment, which will take place on September 6, 2013, at 9:00 AM at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at Abilay Khan Ave 51/53, 5th floor, large conference room.

To participate in the tender, you need to provide the following documents:

1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix 3 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;

2) completed legal entity questionnaires according to the Internal Control Rules aimed at counteracting the legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained illegally and financing of terrorism in JSC "Nurbank";

3) notarized copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);

4) original bank statement confirming the bank details of the applicant, and the absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank;

5) copy of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;

6) original statement from the Tax Committee at the registration place of the supplier confirming the absence of tax payment debts;

7) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and others (if available);

8) information on the availability of material and technical base;

9) notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized person - the representative of the supplier;

10) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;

11) price proposals;

12) supply conditions, warranty service, terms.

13) availability of information on the registration of the applicant on the ETP (if available);

14) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services, which subsequently is a subject of international business operation);

Proposals collection until: 05-09-2013 12:00 PM, at the address: Abilay Khan Ave 51–53;

Supplier Criteria

1) Supplier is allowed to the tender if it meets the following criteria:

2) Have the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations according to the supply contract;

3) Absence of significant claims from JSC "Nurbank" and other banks on previously concluded contracts;

4) Solvent, not undergoing liquidation, no seizure of its property, its financial and business activities should not be suspended as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) Fulfillment of tax obligations and other mandatory payments to the budget at the application submission time for the tender and at the time of concluding the procurement contract;

6) Availability of a service center or service partner for warranty service of supplied equipment in Almaty, Astana, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Uralsk, Petropavlovsk, Shymkent, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Semey, Oskemen, Taldykorgan, Kokshetau, Taraz. (provide information indicating the name, address, contact details).

7) The potential supplier according to technical specification points, laptops, MFPs, printers, monitors, scanners must be an authorized partner of the equipment manufacturer for sale and service.

8) The potential supplier's operation period in the computer equipment market should be at least 3 years.

9) The delivery will be carried out according to the provided schedule in Almaty and regions. All costs for delivering the goods to the customer's warehouse according to technical specification are borne by the supplier.
