JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of equipment for cash units and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender for the supply of equipment for the cash units of the Bank's branches in the cities of: Aktau, Aktobe, Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Oskemen, Pavlodar, Petropavl, Semey, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Uralsk, and Shymkent.

List of Lots:

1. Lot 1 — Vacuum Packaging Machine 1 unit;

2. Lot 2 — 3-pocket Banknote Sorter 3 units;

3. Lot 3 — Banknote Counter 51 units;

4. Lot 4 — Coin Counter 5 units;

5. Lot 5 — Automatic, Multi-currency Currency Detector 53 units;

6. Lot 6 — Ultraviolet Detector 38 units.

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted:

1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, as per Appendix 1 to this letter in Russian/Kazakh languages;

2) notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity, or individual entrepreneur registration certificate;

3) copies of the license (original for verification) for carrying out any state-licensed activity (if the activity related to procured goods/services requires licensing);

4) original letter from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts to the bank, and no restrictions on managing funds;

5) copies of financial statements for legal entities, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a seal if available;

6) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the applicant's registration location on the absence of tax debts;

7) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs, previously cooperating with the applicant, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and others (if available);

8) availability of information on the applicant's registration on the ETP (if available);

9) information on the availability of material and technical base (if available);

10) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized person — representative of the applicant;

11) power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the Tender;

12) pricing proposals;

13) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years prior to the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the pricing of the proposed goods/services (for procurements that subsequently become subjects of international business transactions);

14) completed questionnaires of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur, individual according to the Rules of Internal Control for the prevention of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism in JSC "Nurbank";

15) terms, timing, cost of technical service, warranty/post-warranty service.

The supplier is admitted to the tender if:

1. it meets the above criteria;

2. it has service points/stations for warranty and service maintenance in all cities that are equipment delivery locations;

3. it has at its disposal equipment from Japanese and/or European manufacturers;

4. it delivers procured equipment at the lowest price;

5. it delivers procured equipment in the shortest time;

6. delivers necessary equipment without additional payment for delivery to the Bank's branches;

7. it has authorization letters and certificates from equipment manufacturers or recommendation letters from distributors.

Representatives of potential suppliers may be present at the opening of bids if the powers are confirmed.
