Ensure the implementation of the Bank Branch's business plan in terms of revenue from Client banking services (credit, operational, and deposit activities) through the acquisition of new Clients.
Organize efforts to maintain and expand the Branch's client base by searching for and attracting potential Clients.
Ensure high-quality service in the sale of banking products to Clients.
Establish and maintain stable business relationships with potential and existing Clients.
Organize meetings, presentations, and conduct negotiations with potential and existing Clients.
Organize, control, and participate in the financial analysis of Clients, prepare expert opinions on projects, and present projects to the Bank's Credit Committee.
At least 3 years in a banking structure (excluding divisions performing administrative functions and support roles in financial departments), including at least 1 year in a managerial position, and at least 2 years of experience in operational/credit activities.
Knowledge of state (if necessary) and Russian languages;
Knowledge and skills in all office software.
