Client operational service
Mandatory knowledge and compliance with the Bank's internal documents and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory and authorized bodies related to the branch's operational activities.
Client consultation on:
opening, managing, and closing bank accounts (including those used with payment cards);
terms for accepting and issuing deposits;
conducting operations on bank accounts, including operations with payment cards and remote banking systems;
terms of issuance and servicing of payment cards, including corporate cards;
conducting banking operations without opening a bank account;
conducting foreign exchange operations;
cashier services (including preparation of primary documents);
safe deposit operations (when provided by the branch);
providing clients with other related banking and non-banking services.
Receiving and checking documents for the preparation of contracts for the opening and servicing of bank accounts, including savings accounts and accounts for use with payment cards, contracts for connecting to remote banking systems.
Formation and processing of other client operation documents, as provided by the Bank's internal regulatory and governing documents, decisions of the Bank's authorized bodies.
in operational units of Second-Tier Banks and the Bank for at least 6 (six) months or a total work experience in the banking structure for at least 1 (one) year.
computer skills, knowledge of basic programs of the standard MS Office package (user);
business communication etiquette skills;
proficient written and oral speech;
knowledge of work safety rules and norms, labor organization, safety techniques, internal labor regulations.
State language;
Russian;
English – if necessary.
