Responsibilities:

  • General management of the Banking Service Center (hereinafter referred to as BSC) and ensuring stable and effective operation in accordance with the Branch Regulations, internal regulatory documents, instructions, and relevant legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ensuring interaction with the structural divisions of the Branch and the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank).

  • Ensuring the quality of the offered banking products/services. Ensuring the quality of credit, deposit, and operational services in accordance with internal regulatory documents and the requirements of current legislation.

  • Controlling the quality of the BSC's loan portfolio, timely loan classification, supervision over the work on recovering bad debts, and realization of pledged property in collaboration with the Legal Department of the Branch.

Education:

  • Higher financial, economic, technical, legal education;
  • Higher education (for internal bank staff transfers).

Work Experience:

  • In the banking sector for at least 3 years, including in lending/operational activities;
  • In financial institutions for at least 3 years, that carry out separate types of banking operations;
  • If work experience is in both the banking sector and a financial organization, provided that separate types of banking operations are carried out, the total combined experience must be at least 3 years.

Knowledge:

  • knowledge and skills in working with all office programs.
