Ensuring the quality of the offered banking products/services. Ensuring the quality of credit, deposit, and operational services in accordance with internal regulatory documents and the requirements of current legislation.
Controlling the quality of the BSC's loan portfolio, timely loan classification, supervision over the work on recovering bad debts, and realization of pledged property in collaboration with the Legal Department of the Branch.
