Operational servicing of Clients: individuals and legal entities, including VIP Clients, legal entities of branches and representative offices, individual entrepreneurs, farming enterprises, private bailiffs, notaries, lawyers, and professional mediators (hereinafter referred to as Clients).
Advising Clients on various issues, including conducting operations in the Automated Banking Information System (hereinafter referred to as ABIS).
Conducting an initial assessment of the Client for potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities.
Opening bank accounts and deposits for Clients within the Bank's operational day system.
Closing bank accounts/deposits in ABIS based on the submitted Client's application.
Registering Client cards, opening and maintaining Client bank accounts/deposits in ABIS.
Receiving, verifying, and executing Client's instructions/applications for payments and transfers in national and foreign currencies.
at least 6 (six) months in operational units of second-tier banks, or possibly without work experience with training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank" from 10 days to 1 (one) month.
General Skills:
computer skills, knowledge of basic MS Office programs (user);
business communication etiquette skills;
proficient written and spoken language;
knowledge of occupational health and safety rules, labor organization, safety techniques, internal labor regulations.
