Working with SME borrowers on issues of ensuring proper fulfillment of obligations under loans/bank guarantees, including ensuring that the borrower meets specific conditions in accordance with the decision of the Bank's authorized body.
Conducting activities for the collection of overdue debts as provided by the Bank's internal regulations, as well as decisions of the Bank's authorized bodies.
Analyzing proposals for changes in lending conditions for SMEs that involve increased risks for the borrower (including restructuring loans overdue by up to 90 days).
Reviewing and processing applications submitted by SME borrowers for changes in lending conditions, certificates of no loan debt for tender participation, and other requests in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations governing lending to small and medium businesses in the Bank.
Providing well-prepared, properly formatted, reliable and complete materials to the Bank's collegiate bodies/committees for consideration and decision-making.
Conducting activities to achieve the planned indicators established by the supervising department of the Bank.
Meeting planned indicators within the framework of incentive programs for Small and Medium Business.
Ensuring compliance with the information security requirements adopted by the Bank.
Minimum 6 months in a banking or financial structure, or possibly no experience with at least 1 month of training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank".
