Leadership and oversight of the Sector's activities.

Ensuring timely and high-quality execution by the Sector's employees of tasks provided by job descriptions, internal regulatory and organizational documents of the Bank, and directives from the Bank's Management.
Training and consulting the Sector's employees on issues related to operational servicing of Clients, compliance with the requirements of the Bank's internal documents, and the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory and authorized bodies.
Ensuring the safekeeping of the Clients' document dossiers (including salary project contracts) of individuals and legal entities, branches and representative offices of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms, private bailiffs, private notaries, advocates, and professional mediators.
Timely execution and support of tasks for the unilateral closing of bank accounts of Clients, individuals and legal entities, branches and representative offices of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms, private bailiffs, private notaries, advocates, and professional mediators by the Bank's initiative, based on information received from the Bank's structural units.
Verification of electronic client dossiers against the existing document dossiers of Clients, individuals and legal entities, branches and representative offices of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms, private bailiffs, private notaries, advocates, and professional mediators.

Work experience:
At least 1 (one) year of total work experience in operational units within a banking structure.
General knowledge/skills required for carrying out job duties:
Computer skills, knowledge of basic MS Office programs (user level);
Business communication etiquette skills;
Proficient verbal and written communication skills;
Knowledge of labor protection rules and norms, labor organization, safety techniques, internal labor regulations.
