Ensure the implementation of the Branch's business plan in terms of revenue from banking services (credit, operational, deposit activities) by attracting new clients.
Organize work to maintain and expand the Branch's client base by finding and attracting potential clients.
Ensure quality service in selling bank products to clients.
Establish and maintain stable business relationships with potential and existing clients.
Organize meetings, presentations, and conduct negotiations with potential and existing clients.
Organize, control, and participate in analyzing clients' financial condition, preparing expert opinions on projects, presenting projects to the Bank's Credit Committee.
At least 3 years in a banking structure (excluding administrative and support functions in financial departments), with at least 1 year in a managerial position, and at least 2 years of experience in operational/credit activities.
