Responsibilities:

  • Operational servicing of clients: individuals, legal entities;

  • Advising clients on:

    • opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts (including those used with payment cards);

    • terms for accepting and issuing deposits;

    • conducting operations on bank accounts, including operations with payment cards and through remote banking systems;

  • terms of issuance and servicing of payment cards, including corporate payment cards, etc.

Education: 

  • higher/incomplete higher/secondary specialized education;

Experience:

minimum of 6 (six) months in operational departments of BVA or no work experience if training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank" from 10 days to 1 (one) month is completed.

General knowledge/skills required for job responsibilities:

  1. computer skills, knowledge of basic MS Office programs (user);
  2. business communication ethics skills;   

  3. competent written and spoken language; 

  4. knowledge of labor protection rules, labor organization, safety techniques, and internal labor regulations.

Language proficiency: 

  1. State language;

  2. Russian; 

  3. English – as necessary.

Special knowledge required for job responsibilities:

  1. Skills in using software employed in banking operations. 

  2. Knowledge of legal and regulatory acts of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, other regulatory and authorized bodies, internal regulatory documents, and technological procedures of the Bank in the context of operational activities.

  3. Communication skills, skills in providing banking services and client servicing.
