Responsibilities:

  1. Attracting new SME clients through professional consultations, presentations, and by studying the activities of both potential and existing SME clients to identify their needs for the financial services provided by JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter - the Bank).

  2. Consulting, accepting, and verifying client documents for arranging tender-issued, covered guarantees.

  3. Conducting business correspondence:

    1. with the supervising structural division (hereinafter - SD) of the Head Office of the Bank (hereinafter - HO) / other divisions of the branch on improving service quality;

    2. with SME clients regarding service issues;

    3. with state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan within one's own authority;

    4. with other organizations/individuals on issues pertaining to the Department's competence.

  1. Conducting sales of a comprehensive financial services package offered by the Bank and its subsidiaries to SME clients, including commercial lending, guarantee issuance, attraction of corporate deposits, revenue from cash management services, remote banking services, insurance, and others.

  2. Analyzing SME clients' account balances and turnovers to conduct activities ensuring an increase in their turnover and balances, and to prevent client attrition.

  3. Creating/filing electronic bank guarantees (hereinafter - EBG), making changes to EBG, and confirming the return (cancellation) of EBG on portals.

  4. Attaching/creating subsidy agreements, additional agreements, as well as other documents/agreements/additional agreements under state programs on relevant web resources.

  5. Preparing necessary conclusions on establishing individual tariffs/terms on deposits for SME clients.

Education: 

  1. Higher/ incomplete higher economic / financial / legal / techno-economic education, management / marketing / mathematical education.
  2. Higher other education.
  3. Higher (when transferring an internal candidate).

Work Experience: 

  1. In banking/financial institutions, a microcredit organization of at least 1 (one) year, with higher/incomplete higher financial/economic education.
  2. In banking/financial institutions, a microcredit organization of at least 2 (two) years, with other higher education.

Special knowledge necessary for job duties:

  1. Knowledge of the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory legal acts of the NB of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the direction of the Department's activities.

  2. Knowledge of SME lending principles in the Bank.

  3. Knowledge of SME lending products.

  4. Proficiency in sales techniques.

  5. Proficiency in negotiation techniques.

  6. Skill in preparing and giving presentations.

  7. Skill in gathering and analyzing information for decision-making.

  8. Knowledge of the state language (preferably), Russian language.

  9. Knowledge and skills in working with all office programs.
