Acquiring new SME clients through consultations, presentations, and studying the activities of both potential and existing SME clients to identify their need for financial services provided by the Bank;
Selling a comprehensive package of financial services to SME borrowers, offered by the Bank and its Subsidiaries;
Conducting financial-economic analysis of the financing project and preparing an expert opinion;
Analyzing balances and transactions on SME borrowers' accounts to initiate measures with SME borrowers to increase the size of transactions and balances on accounts;
Carrying out financial monitoring of projects and preparing monitoring reports according to the approved schedule and the Bank's internal documents, submitting current monitoring reports to the Credit Committees in a timely manner, as well as reports on overdue loans;
Conducting checks on the targeted use of loans provided to SME clients, in accordance with the requirements of internal regulatory documents;
Knowledge of Kazakh banking legislation and regulatory acts of the NB RK relevant to the Department's activities.
