Legal support for operations involving credit risk;
Conducting legal due diligence of projects related to lending, guarantees, and other credit risk-bearing projects of the Bank's branches; contracts for operations involving credit risks within credit projects; contracts for providing security for obligations under credit projects; contracts concluded in connection with or in execution of credit agreements and/or agreements on providing security for credit projects, and other contracts;
Legal review of documents for the operational activities of the Branch/additional premises of the Branch (in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations);
Legal support of the administrative and economic activities of the Branch;
Handling claims and litigation work of the Branch, as well as projects of the Head Bank and other Bank branches, as part of providing assistance in this area or in executing a separate assignment from the Bank's management;
Education:
secondary-specialized/higher legal education.
Work experience:
with higher legal education, no work experience required;
with secondary-specialized/incomplete higher legal education, at least 6 months of experience in a legal specialty.
Knowledge necessary for performing job duties:
knowledge of the state (preferably) and Russian languages;
knowledge of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
knowledge and skills in working with all office programs.
