Responsibilities:

  • General management of the Banking Service Center (hereinafter – BSC) and ensuring stable and efficient operation in accordance with the Branch Regulation, internal normative documents and instructions, and within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ensuring interaction with the structural subdivisions of the Branch and the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter – Bank).

  • Ensuring the quality of offered banking products/services. Ensuring the quality of credit, deposit, and operational services in accordance with internal normative documents and the requirements of current legislation.

  • Controlling the quality of the BSC credit portfolio, timely loan classification, control work on the return of problematic debts and realization of pledged assets in conjunction with the Legal Department of the Branch.

Education:

  • Higher financial, economic, technical, legal education;
  • Higher education (for internal transfer of Bank employees).

Work Experience:

  • In a banking structure for at least 3 years, including in lending/operational activities;
  • In financial organizations for at least 3 years, conducting specific types of banking operations;
  • In case of experience in both banking structure and financial organization, provided that specific types of banking operations are carried out, the total experience must be at least 3 years.
