Ensure the continuous operation of software and hardware of the Bank's Branch/CBO;
Ensure safe network operation of the Bank's Branch/CBO and protection against unauthorized access;
Ensure support and monitoring of data exchange in terms of communications for the seamless operation of the file service and the Lotus Notes system;
Ensure installation and configuration of computer, server, communication, and other electronic (office equipment, modems, mini PBXs, UPS) equipment, application and system software;
Replacement and enhancement of computer, communication, server, and other electronic equipment of the Branch/CBO;
Technical and advisory support to the employees of the Bank's Branch/CBO on communication and software-technical issues;
Consultative and practical assistance to the Bank's Clients in establishing remote banking systems (RBS, Internet, and Home Banking), interaction with Clients within the scope of service competencies;
