Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily presentations to attract customers in the assigned territory for retail credit products and deposits.

  2. Implement plans for presentations, applications, loan disbursements according to plans, as well as for the growth of the deposit portfolio (mass segment) established by the Retail Business Department (RBD), supervising retail lending and promotion of retail business credit products.

  3. Consult retail business clients (hereinafter referred to as RB) on consumer credit / retail lending products and deposits, establishing and maintaining stable business relationships with potential and current RB clients.

  4. Initial identification of the client at the stage of loan issuance (verification of client's appearance and signature according to the identity document).

  5. Provide consultations on filling out the documents required for the provision of credit.

  6. Identify the needs of current and potential RB clients in order to retain and expand the branch's client base.

  7. Ensure effective sales and promotion of retail credit products and deposits.

  8. Provide high-quality and comprehensive customer service.

Education:

  • higher / incomplete higher (3-5 years of university) / secondary specialized.

Work experience:

  • Preferable, but not required if completing an internship.

General knowledge/skills necessary for fulfilling duties:

  1. Computer skills, knowledge of the main programs of the standard MS Office package (user level);

  2. Business communication ethics skills;   

  3. Proficient writing and speaking; 

  4. Knowledge of occupational safety rules and norms, labor organization, safety techniques, internal labor regulations.

Language proficiency: 

  1. State language;

  2. Russian; 

  3. English – if necessary.
