Conduct daily presentations to attract clients in the assigned territory for retail credit products and deposits
Fulfill plans for presentations, applications, loan approvals according to plans, as well as growth of the deposit portfolio (mass segment) as set by the Retail Business Department overseeing retail lending and promotion of retail business credit products.
Consult clients of the retail business (hereinafter – RB) about commodity credit / retail lending products and deposits, establish and maintain sustainable business connections with potential and existing RB clients.
Primary client identification at the loan application stage (verification of appearance and signature according to the identity document).
Provide consultations on completing documents required for granting a loan.
Identify needs of existing and potential RB clients in order to maintain and expand the branch's client base.
Ensure effective sales and promotion of retail credit products and deposits.
Provide quality and comprehensive client service.
Education:
higher education.
Work experience:
in a financial/banking structure or in sales at least 2 years.
Knowledge:
Computer skills, knowledge of basic MS Office package programs (user);
Business communication skills;
Good written and spoken language skills;
Knowledge of occupational safety and health rules, labor organization, industrial safety techniques, internal labor regulations.
