Responsibilities:

  1. Organize the presentation and sale of retail lending products (classic and commodity loans) and retail business deposits (MASS and VIP segments) in assigned regions.

  2. Communicate to branches the plans approved by the Bank's authorized body for presentations, applications, and sales of retail lending products (classic and commodity loans) and retail business deposits (MASS and VIP segments).

  3. Ensure the execution of plans for presentations, applications, and sales of retail lending products (classic and commodity loans) and retail business deposits (MASS and VIP segments), as well as commission income from individuals, approved by the Bank's authorized body.

  4. Conduct daily monitoring of branches' compliance with plans for presentations and sales of retail lending products (classic and commodity loans) and retail business deposits (MASS and VIP segments).

Education:

  • Higher education in economics, finance, marketing, mathematics, technology, or law.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years in the banking or financial sector.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of internal banking regulatory documents;
  • Understanding of retail lending products and deposits;
  • Proficiency in sales techniques;
  • Skill in negotiation techniques;
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations;
  • Skill in gathering and analyzing information for decision making;
  • Planning skills;
  • Delegation skills.
