credit projects, loan granting projects, guarantees, and other projects bearing credit risk of the Head Bank and Bank branches for corporate business (hereinafter - credit projects) as stipulated by the internal regulatory documents of the Bank;
agreements related to transactions bearing credit risks within credit projects; agreements on providing collateral for the fulfillment of obligations under credit projects; agreements concluded in connection with or in execution of credit agreements and/or agreements on providing collateral under credit projects in accordance with internal documents; as well as their endorsement in the order and in cases determined by the internal documents of the Bank;
legal opinions prepared by the lawyers of the Bank's branches on credit projects exceeding the limit and credit projects not exceeding the limit for the Bank's branches, in cases stipulated by the Bank's internal documents;
leasing projects of LLP "Subsidiary of JSC "Nurbank" Leasing Company "Nur-Leasing", submitted to the Bank's Credit Committee.
Conducting legal expertise of the Bank's internal regulatory documents regulating the Bank's activities on lending operations, issuance of bank guarantees, and other operations entailing credit risks.
Developing standard contract forms, internal regulatory documents of the Bank regulating the legal aspects of the Bank's activities concerning lending operations, issuance of bank guarantees, and other operations entailing credit risks; amending them in accordance with the Bank's internal regulatory documents.
Developing and/or reviewing agreements whose credit terms do not correspond to the Bank's standard contract forms, at the request of authorized departments and branches of the Bank concerning specific clients (applicants), in connection with credit projects considered by the Bank.
Education:
Higher legal education.
Work experience:
At least 2 years of professional experience in a finance, banking, or other structure.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of legislation as well as law enforcement practice regarding lending issues;
Knowledge and skills in working with all office computer programs.
