Ensuring high-quality customer service for retail business (RB) clients.
Reviewing applications/requests/complaints from active RB clients with outstanding credit, collateral, and other obligations to "Nurbank" JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) under concluded agreements, and timely providing responses/letters/inquiries to the client.
Considering applications from active RB Bank clients regarding changes in terms of retail lending, including consumer loans.
Collecting necessary documents for RB project assessment and submitting them for review by the authorized body of the Bank (credit dossier formation, accounting and storage is carried out in accordance with the internal regulatory documents (hereinafter referred to as IRD) of "Nurbank" JSC and the authorized body).
Drafting loan agreements, repayment schedules, guarantees, collateral agreements, and additional agreements to them, coordinating these documents with responsible structural subdivisions of the Bank, subsequently signing documents with the RB client (within the competence of the Department for existing RB Bank clients).
Higher education (economic / financial / marketing / legal / technical / mathematical);
Higher (when transferring an internal candidate)
In a financial/banking structure for at least 2 years.
Computer skills, knowledge of the main MS Office standard package programs (user level);
Business communication ethics;
Proficient written and spoken language;
Knowledge of labor protection rules and standards, work organization, safety procedures, and internal labor regulations.
State language;
Russian;
