Responsibilities:

  • Searching and selecting candidates for vacant Bank positions

  • Initial candidate screening based on resumes

  • Conducting phone interviews, attracting candidates for open positions

  • Handling responses to job vacancies

  • Answering calls and messages from applicants

  • Arranging meetings between candidates and HR

  • Preparing and compiling documents for candidate approval/employee transfer procedures

  • Organizing and conducting internship and practice programs for students and interns at the Bank, and handling internship/practice agreements

  • Preparing documents for the HR committee on candidates:

Education:

  • Higher education

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 (one) year in finance, banking, or recruitment field
