Ticket to Life
In 2014, the social program "Career Start" was launched, and by 2015, it was recognized as the best social-charitable project in Almaty as part of the "Heart to Heart" competition among business structures in the banking sector and Republican organizations. The competition was organized by the Republican State Institution "Public Accord" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of the program, the Bank offers graduates of childcare institutions the opportunity to obtain higher education at Caspian University in Almaty. The Bank covers all expenses for tuition, accommodation, meals, travel, monthly stipends, and more.
Support continues even after graduation: alumni are offered jobs within the Bank's departments or its affiliated companies. In 2024 - 2025, 25 students are studying at Caspian University from 1st to 4th year under the "Career Start" project. Over the course of the project, more than 85 young people have been able to join the program. Each year, we steadily increase the influx of applicants for the program.
