The following money transfer systems are available at Nurbank:

2. NUR Express
3. Zolotaya Korona
4. SWIFT

You can also transfer money to other banks in Kazakhstan by phone number and card number through the Nur24.kz mobile application.

You need to visit a Bank branch and submit an application. We also remind you that the responsibility for providing correct details lies with the sender.

To send a transfer via Western Union at the Bank branch, you need to provide:

• the original identity document of the sender
• recipient's details (full name, country, city)

At the Bank branch:

• transfer using Zolotaya Korona without opening an account
• SWIFT transfer with account opening

If the money has been deducted but the recipient cannot receive the transfer, you need to contact the Customer Support Center.
