How to Send a Transfer

To send a transfer, present to the Bank Manager:

  • Sender's identification document

  • Full name and address of the legal entity or the recipient's full name

  • Recipient's account number

  • Recipient bank's name

  • Recipient bank's SWIFT code and intermediary bank's SWIFT code (if available)

  • Purpose of the transfer

  • If necessary, provide supporting documents - currency agreement, invoice, or other document forming the basis of the payment/transfer

To send transfers in Russian rubles, provide the following details in addition to the above:

  • Beneficiary's INN

  • Beneficiary bank's BIC and correspondent account

  • Currency operation code "VO" according to Appendix 1 of the Bank of Russia Instruction from August 16, 2017

N 181-I "On the procedure for residents and non-residents to provide authorized banks with supporting documents and information when performing currency transactions, unified forms of accounting and reporting for currency transactions, procedure and terms for their submission"

When filling in payment details for payments to the Russian Federation budget according to the Bank of Russia Instruction No. 1256-U from 03.03.2003 "On changing the requirements for the formatting of payment instructions for client payments", the following additional details are mandatory:

  • KPP (Tax Registration Code)

  • Beneficiary's personal account

  • OKTMO (All-Russian Classifier of Territories of Municipal Formations) - consists of 11 characters

  • KBK (Budget Classification Code) - consists of 20 characters.

How to Receive a Transfer

To receive a transfer from another bank, please provide the Bank Manager with the following:

  • a valid identity document
