How to transfer money?

  1. Log in to the Nur24.kz app if you are not a Nurbank client
  2. Open a current account in the transfer currency (USD/EUR)
  3. Top up the account
  4. Go to the "Transfers" section, select "International Transfers", choose "UPT"
  5. Fill in the recipient's details - last name, first name, destination country, recipient's mobile phone number, transfer amount
  6. After sending the transfer, inform the recipient of the transfer code. The transfer code can be viewed and copied in "Transfer History"

 

How to receive money?

  1. The transfer can be received to a card or a current account in the Nur24.kz app without a fee
  2. To receive the transfer, an account or card in USD, EUR must be open. If you do not have accounts open in the transfer currency, you can open a current account at the moment of receiving the transfer in the Nur24.kz app
  3. To receive the transfer, you only need the transfer code

How to Return a Sent Transfer

  1. You can return the transfer if it was sent as "cash pickup"
  2. You can independently return the transfer through the Nur24.kz app within 30 calendar days from the date of sending
  3. The transfer amount is fully refunded, including the transfer fee
  4. The transfer can be returned if it has not been issued to the recipient, meaning the recipient did not pick up the transfer via "cash pickup"
  5. Find the transfer you sent in the "Transfer History" and click the "Return Transfer" button. The transfer will be returned to your current account or the card from which you sent the money
  6. After 30 calendar days, the UPT system automatically returns the transfer to your current account or card
