How to Return a Sent Transfer

  1. You can return the transfer if it was sent as "cash pickup"
  2. You can independently return the transfer through the Nur24.kz app within 30 calendar days from the date of sending
  3. The transfer amount is fully refunded, including the transfer fee
  4. The transfer can be returned if it has not been issued to the recipient, meaning the recipient did not pick up the transfer via "cash pickup"
  5. Find the transfer you sent in the "Transfer History" and click the "Return Transfer" button. The transfer will be returned to your current account or the card from which you sent the money
  6. After 30 calendar days, the UPT system automatically returns the transfer to your current account or card

How long does it take for the transfer to arrive?

The money usually arrives instantly or on the next day.

In which currency can I send a transfer?

To find out which currencies are available for a specific country, select the recipient’s country and the application will display a list of available currencies.

Why does the transfer amount differ from the payment amount?

When sending a transfer, the final amount includes either the transfer fee or the conversion rate.

What should I do if the money was debited from my card but the transfer was not completed?

If the money was debited from your card but the recipient cannot receive the transfer, you need to contact the call center.

How can I change the recipient’s details after sending a transfer?

The recipient’s details cannot be changed. You need to cancel the transfer and send it again.

How can I cancel a transfer and get a refund?

As long as the recipient has not collected the money, the client can request a refund, including the transfer fee. The money will be returned to the card or current account used to pay for the transfer.

Which exchange rate is applied when converting a transfer into another currency?

When the transfer is sent in one currency and the client selects a different currency for receiving (for example, sending currency is USD and receiving currency is EUR or local currency), UPT applies its own conversion rate. To find out the exact exchange rate, select the recipient’s country, currency, and transfer amount. The system will calculate the transfer cost, display the exchange rate, and show the payment amount.

How can I receive a transfer?

Open the application, go to the Transfers section, select UPT, then choose the Receive Transfer function. Enter the SMS code, select the available transfer, and confirm the operation. The money can be received in the sending currency – USD or EUR.

How can I send a transfer?

Open the application, go to the Transfers section, select Zolotaya Korona, then choose the Send Transfer function. Select the recipient’s country, enter the recipient’s full name in Latin letters as indicated in the passport, enter the recipient’s phone number or select it from contacts, choose the currency, enter the transfer amount, and confirm the operation.

How can I return a transfer?

Find the transfer in the History section. Tap on the transfer to open the receipt, press the Return Transfer button, and confirm the operation.
