Dear ladies and gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the supply of cash handling equipment for the branches of JSC "Nurbank" and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on 11.01.2018 at 14:30 at the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Almaty, Abai Ave., 10"B", "Gallery" office.

Total: 52 (fifty-two) units:

1. Lot 1 — Vacuum packer, 2 units;

2. Lot 2 — Two-pocket banknote sorter, 19 units;

3. Lot 3 — Coin counter, 2 units;

4. Lot 4 — Viewing detector, 29 units.

Tender type: open.

Tender start: 11.01.2018, 14:30, at: Abai Ave., 10"B", "Gallery" office;

Proposal submission deadline: 10.01.2018, 12:00, at: Abai Ave. 10"B", office;

Equipment provision for testing: until 05.01.2018 at Zheltoksan Ave, 1

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in file "Annex No.4_Selection Criteria" and having provided equipment for testing are eligible for the tender.

Equipment technical requirements are provided in Annex No.1.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) An application for participation in the tender according to the form established in Annex No.3 to this letter, in Kazakh/Russian languages;

2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, a registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for any state-licensed activities (if the activity for the purchased goods/works/services requires licensing);

4) A notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized person — supplier's representative;

5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender.

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) Price proposals;

2) Completed legal entity questionnaires according to the internal control rules to counter the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing at JSC "Nurbank";

3) Original reference letter from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, and the absence of overdue debt to the bank;

4) Copies of the financial statements for one year, sealed by the legal entity, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, if sealed;

5) Original reference from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place confirming the absence of tax arrears;

6) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);

7) Information on the availability of material and technical base;

8) Information on the registration of the applicant on an electronic trading platform (if available);

9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for two years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed goods/services price (for the procurement of goods/works/services, which are subsequently subjects of an international business transaction).

Package 3: Other documentation

1) Technical specifications, terms of Equipment delivery, terms, list, order, and terms of services provision (if available);

2) For potential suppliers, the presence of an authorization letter from Equipment manufacturers with supporting documents confirming the right to sell equipment and provide technical support services;

3) Information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates);

4) Commitment to deliver Equipment in full at the Customer's address;

5) Other documents, as desired by the potential supplier.

The Potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.

On our part, we note that the Tender Commission of JSC "Nurbank" has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by written notice to potential suppliers submitting tender applications, informing about the cancellation or postponement of the tender with indication of the new date.

A potential supplier has the right to alter or withdraw their application before the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of a potential service supplier's authorized person or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
