We are announcing an open tender for selecting a supplier of an integration platform, followed by testing for compliance with ET in the field of ICT and information security (No. 832 PP RK), and invite potential suppliers to participate in the tender.

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in Appendix No. 4 "Supplier Requirements" are eligible to participate in the tender.

The technical specification is provided in Appendix No. 1 "Technical Specification".

Required Set of Documents for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. tender application
  2. copies of the constituent documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value added tax)
  3. copies of the license (original for verification) for carrying out a state-licensed activity (if the activity related to purchased goods/works/services requires licensing)
  4. copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier
  5. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized representative for participating in the Tender
Financial Documentation
  1. price proposal valid for at least 12 months
  2. original bank reference confirming the applicant’s bank details and absence of overdue debts to the bank
  3. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a stamp if available
  4. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no outstanding tax liabilities
  5. information about the availability of material and technical base
  6. confirmation of the agreement to conduct mutual settlements under the contract through a bank account at JSC Nurbank
Other Documentation
  1. information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialists' certificates) in information security
  2. copies of completion certificates for two projects on the implementation of an integration platform for Smart Bridge
  3. list, procedure, and terms of services
  4. description of services provided in accordance with the technical specification (Appendix No.1)

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, informing them of the cancellation or postponement of the tender with the new date specified. A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application until the final deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider, if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
