    The joint-stock company "Nurbank" was established in 1992 in the city of Atyrau. In 2022, the headquarters relocated to Almaty. The bank boasts its own developed IT infrastructure, proprietary processing with a network of ATMs, POS terminals, and payment terminals across all regions of the bank's presence.

    We conduct any payment and transfer operations for both corporate and individual clients.

    Main Strategic Goals for 2023-2025

    • Providing clients with innovative and competitive products and services that meet increased customer demands and offering convenient digital solutions to clients.
    • Enhancing the bank's long-term financial stability and credit rating.
    • Achieving a net profit of at least 14 billion tenge by the end of 2025.
    • Improving IT in the banking sector and further increasing internal operational efficiency.
    • Developing cross-sales and ESG initiatives.

    The strategy was approved by the Board of Directors of JSC "Nurbank", Protocol No. 77-(22) dated "27" September 2022.
