2. Value of the property that is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
3. Date of the latest appraisal of the property that is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
4. Percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction to the total value of the organization's assets – not applicable;
5. Main significant terms of the transaction – agreement for gratuitous use of the object;
6. Date of the transaction conclusion – December 24, 2015.
