4. Percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the deal,
   to the total asset value of this organization - not applicable;
5. Main significant terms of the deal - addendum №1 to the contract of assignment of the right to claim;
6. Date of the deal conclusion - December 24, 2015.
