For Pavlodar, if the account number has less than 8 digits, add 210,000,000; if it is eight-digit, add 200,000,000.
Example:
old number 7 — new 7+210000000=210000007
old number 1000 — new 1000+210000000=210001000
old number 15000222 — new 15000222+200000000=215000222
For Aksu, add 212,000,000.
