    Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces the registration on 03.09.2015 by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of amendments and additions to the prospectus of the second bond issue within the second bond program (E75-2).

    1. Content (essence) of the amendments made to the emission securities issue prospectus: changes in the circulation period (changed from 2 years to 10 years) and coupon remuneration (changed from 4% to 10%);
    2. The decision of the issuer's body, which forms the basis for making amendments and additions to the emission securities issue prospectus, the name of the body that made the decision: decision of the Board of Directors of JSC 'Nurbank' dated August 18, 2015.
