Hereby, Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" (hereinafter – the Bank) announces the purchase on 31.07.2015 of common shares of JSC DO JSC "Nurbank" Insurance Company "Nurpolis" in the amount of 99,999 units, within the framework of exercising the pre-emptive right. The Bank's share in the capital of JSC DO JSC "Nurbank" Insurance Company "Nurpolis" remained unchanged and constitutes 100.00%.
