2. the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
3. the date of the last valuation of the property that is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
4. the percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction
   to the total value of the assets of this organization – not applicable;
5. the main essential terms of the transaction – Cash Collection Agreement, Shymkent City;
6. the date of the conclusion of the transaction – July 17, 2015.
