1. The date of the decision by the organization's body to execute the transaction is June 23, 2015;
2. The value of the property being the subject of the transaction is not applicable;
3. The date of the last valuation of the property being the subject of the transaction is not applicable;
4. The percentage ratio of the value of the property being the subject of the transaction to the total value of the organization's assets is not applicable;
5. The main substantial terms of the transaction are an Additional Agreement to the Cash Collection Agreement (Aktau city);
6. The date of the transaction conclusion is June 25, 2015.
