    • On the Registration of Amendments and Additions to the Securities Issuance Prospectuses

    Hereby, Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) notifies about the registration on 09.06.2015 by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of amendments and additions to the securities issuance prospectuses (bonds - D72, D73, E75-1, E75-2, E75-3, as well as the Bank's bond programs - B42, E75).

    1. Content (essence) of the amendments to the securities issuance prospectuses: amendments and additions to the Corporate Governance Code, changes in the composition of the Internal Audit Committee, changes in the composition of the Social, Personnel and Remuneration Issues Committee, approval of the composition of the Risk and Quality Committee, and others;
    2. Date of decision by the issuer's body, which is the basis for the amendments to the securities issuance prospectus, name of the body that made the decision: decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "Nurbank" dated 18 May 2015, decisions of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nurbank" dated 12 May 2015 and 19 May 2015.
