The first CONTACT system flagship office in Kazakhstan opens in the capital city

On May 21, 2015, the grand opening of the first CONTACT Payment System flagship office in Kazakhstan, specializing solely in money transfer services, took place in Astana. The new CONTACT office was established in partnership with the system's partner, JSC "Nurbank", based in its branch. The CONTACT Payment System continues the implementation of its service infrastructure expansion program in the CIS countries, launched in 2014, by opening the first flagship office in Kazakhstan, where traditionally the most comfortable conditions for money transfer services are provided. The solemn event in honor of the opening of the first CONTACT flagship office in the country, based in the JSC "Nurbank" branch, took place on May 21, 2015, at 14:00 in Astana at 34 Sh. Kudaiberdyuly Street. The first clients of the office were welcomed by representatives of the CONTACT system and JSC "Nurbank" management, city elites, and government bodies. As with all CONTACT flagship offices, the servicing time for clients sending or receiving transfers has been significantly reduced in the Kazakhstan office. The CONTACT office is distinguished by its bright orange signature style in both external and internal design. CONTACT office clients can send and receive transfers in over 170 countries worldwide. The tariffs for sending transfers to neighboring countries are 1% regardless of the amount, in Russia also 1% but not more than 1,000 rubles, 25 USD, 20 EUR of the amount; 1.2% to Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. "Kazakhstan is the largest market for sending money transfers to the CIS countries after Russia, and we carefully selected a partner to open the country's first flagship office," noted Sergey Nesterov, Director of Sales Channel Management Department at CONTACT. "We thank the management of our partner, JSC 'Nurbank', for enthusiastically responding to our proposal and implementing this project in the shortest time. We are confident that the operation of the CONTACT flagship office will set a benchmark for money transfer service quality for many residents of Kazakhstan."
