Approval of the Report on the Results of Stock Placement

Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) reports the approval by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the report on the results of stock placement.

2. The type, quantity of securities declared for issue, the national identification number assigned to the securities - not applicable;

Increase in the number of declared securities: date of state registration of amendments to the securities issue prospectus in terms of increasing the number of declared securities, date of decision to increase the number of declared securities and the body of the joint-stock company that made this decision, number of declared securities after state registration of the respective amendments to the securities issue prospectus, broken down by type - not applicable;
