Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter – the Bank) hereby announces the registration on April 27, 2015, by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of amendments and additions to the prospectuses of issued securities (bonds - B42-2, E75-1, E75-2, E75-3 issued within the first and second bond programs of the Bank).
- The content (essence) of the changes made to the prospectuses of issued securities: due to a change in the location of the Bank's executive body;
- The date of the decision made by the issuer's body, which serves as the basis for making amendments and additions to the prospectus of issued securities, the name of the body that made the decision: the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC 'Nurbank' dated December 29, 2014.
