Hereby JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) reports on the Bank's involvement in administrative liability by the Resolution of the Mangistau Branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2015, under part 3 of article 252 of the "Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of a fine.
