Joint Stock Company “Nurbank” (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby reports the receipt of a Written Order No. 56921/503K dated 10.03.2015 by the Bank on 17.03.2015, issued by the Zhambyl branch of the RGO “National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, due to the violation of subparagraph 2 of paragraph 110 of the Instruction on the preparation, use and execution of payment orders, payment requirements-instructions, collection orders, approved by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.04.2000 No. 179 and paragraph 2 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Payments and Money Transfers”.
