Herewith Joint Stock Company Nurbank (hereinafter - the Bank) announces an increase in the Bank's stake (percentage of the number of voting shares) from 98.4632% to 99.6113% in the capital of JSC Accumulative Pension Fund Atameken, a subsidiary organization of Joint Stock Company Nurbank, which occurred as a result of a transaction to repurchase own shares from an existing shareholder, registered in the system of JSC Unified Securities Registrar on January 30, 2015. The number of shares owned by the Bank has not changed and remains – 32,036 common shares, the share of the total number of placed shares remained the same – 95.9162%.
