    3. date of the last valuation of the property that is the subject of the transaction - not applicable;
    4. percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction,
      to the total value of the assets of this organization - not applicable;
    5. key substantial terms of the transaction - agreement for the acquisition of vouchers;
    6. date of transaction conclusion - January 30, 2015.
