- percentage ratio of the property's cost, which is the subject of the transaction,
to the total asset value of this organization (Bank) - 0.0003%;
- main substantial terms of the transaction – Agreement of gratuitous use of the administrative building located in Almaty, for the period from June 30, 2014, to July 3, 2014, inclusive.
